Cuisine française!

Bonjour! Last week, Primary 1 and 2 learned lots about French food! We had lots of fun in our 'boulangerie'. We weighed, measured out ingredients and served customers in our French food filled bakery. The children made some yummy French sweet fancies from plasticine such as croissants and cakes. We also learned that some French people ate SNAILS! The children were horrified especially when I threatened a taste test! We listened and completed activities on the super book 'Norman, the slug with the silly shell'. We were very lucky to have Alex, our French work experience student, who played French language games with us!
