Changing the way we use our bins!

Barry Tapster from Mid and East Antrim Council brought us some new brown bins for our classrooms to enable us to start making our own compost.

Before we start using our bins, we decided to make an audit of how we already use our bins. I think the boys and girls have forgotten how to use our bins properly!

We have now decided to:

1. Make labels for all our bins.
2. Print on both sides of paper
3. Put blue paper towels in the brown bins.
4. Put all peelings, apple cores, etc into our new brown bins.

We will soon be more Eco- Friendly in no time!
